Esta Basílica é considerada a mais esplêndida desde o início do Cristianismo. Data de 430, embora tivesse sofrido algumas intervenções posteriores. O teto dourado foi feito com o primeiro ouro do Novo Mundo, oferta de Espanha ao Papa Alexandre VI (Bórgias). O exterior em pouco sugere a sua grandiosidade, mas o interior impressiona certamente.

This Basilica is considered the most splendid since the beginning of Christianity. DateS of 430, though it suffered some subsequent interventions. The golden ceiling was done with the first gold of the New World, Spain offer to Pope Alexander VI (Borgia). The exterior little suggests IT'S greatness, but the interior is impressive indeed.
