TEMPO DE CONFEÇÃO: 40 MIN
INGREDIENTES:
1 Embalagem de Massa Folhada
8 Gemas de ovo
200G Açúcar
1 c.s. de farinha de trigo
500 ml de Natas
Açúcar em pó e Canela Moída
PREPARAÇÃO:
Estenda a massa e com ela forre pequenas forminhas, pressionando no fundo e à volta com as pontas dos dedos humedecidos em água.
Reserve.
Misture sem bater, as gemas com o açúcar e a farinha. Junte a nata e misture de novo.
Leve ao lume sem parar de mexer, até levantar fervura.
Deixe arrefecer.
Deite o creme nas formas sem as encher demasiado.
Coloque-as num tabuleiro e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 250ºC até a massa cozer e folhar e o creme ficar bem alourado.
Desenforme e sirva-os mornos polvilhados com açúcar ou canela.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Package of Puff Pastry
8 Egg yolks
200g Sugar
1 t.s. of Flour
500 ml of Cream
Powder sugar and Cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Roll out the dough and coat 12 small forms, pressing on bottom and around with the fingertips moistened in water.
Reserve.
Mix without beating the egg yolks with the sugar and flour.
Add the cream and mix again.
Heat the mix stirring constantly, right until the custard boils.
Allow to cool.
Pour the cream into forms without overfilling.
Place them on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 250 º C (bake until they get well browned).
Unmold and serve them warm sprinkled with sugar or cinnamon.
